Shannon Watts Introducing 2011 Miss Jackson County Outstanding Teen Shannon Watts On August 27, 2011 Shannon Watts was crowned Miss Jackson County Outstanding Teen at JCC Potter Center. Shannon will represent Jackson County in the Miss Michigan Outstanding Teen pageant in June, 2012 in Muskegon, MI. In addition to the coveted title Shannon was awarded a prize package worth more than $1,200.00 in prizes.
